House rules

- The mandatory online check-in form (registration form) must be completed for the primary guest prior to arrival (the self-check-in instructions include a link for this)


- Please be quiet in the apartment and in the building out of consideration for the neighbors. The legal quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM; after this time, staying on the balcony is only permitted at a very low volume.


- Smoking is permitted exclusively on the balcony or in front of the building; please use the provided ashtrays. Failure to comply with the indoor smoking ban will result in a flat-rate cleaning and damage fee of €250, unless the guest can prove that no damage or only minor damage occurred. We expressly reserve the right to claim additional costs for special cleaning, damage repair, and loss of rental income due to the property becoming unrentable.


- Parties or events (including bachelor/bachelorette parties), bringing pets, and playing music are not permitted.


- Visits by persons not included in the booking require prior consultation and consent from the host. Overnight stays by external guests are not permitted.


- The use of the provided internet access for illegal activities (in particular file sharing, illegal downloads, or accessing unlawful content) is strictly prohibited. The guest indemnifies the host against all claims by third parties and is fully liable for all legal violations and costs caused by their use.


- Please leave the bathroom door open after showering to prevent mold growth. Guests are liable for damages resulting from grossly negligent ventilation practices and failure to comply with this duty of care (e.g., costs for mold removal and repainting)


- Removing or tampering with ceiling sensors (e.g., smoke detectors) is strictly prohibited for safety reasons. Failure to comply will result in a processing and inspection fee of €50, unless the guest can prove that no damage or only minor damage occurred.


- In the event of lost keys, a flat fee of €300 will be charged for replacing the lock and making duplicate keys, unless the guest can prove that no damage or only minor damage occurred. We reserve the right to claim additional costs for loss of rental income due to the property being unrentable.


- Waste separation: All organic waste goes in the green trash can in the kitchen; everything else (except glass) goes in the silver/black trash can in the kitchen. Please place bottles and jars next to the trash can in the kitchen.


- The use of the apartment for purposes other than accommodation is expressly prohibited; this includes, in particular, any commercial, business, or illegal use. In the event of a violation, a flat-rate compensation fee of €250 is due, unless the guest can prove that no damage or only minor damage has occurred. We expressly reserve the right to claim further compensation.



Please note that a serious or repeated violation of the house rules may result in the immediate termination of the accommodation agreement without notice and exclusion from further use of the apartment. In this case, there is no entitlement to a refund for the remaining rental days!
